What is DMT?

DMT, also known as the “spirit molecule,” is a hallucinogenic substance that occurs naturally in many plants and animals. It produces effects very similar to classic psychedelics such as psilocybin and LSD, but these effects are much more concentrated. The DMT trip differs from psilocybin or LSD in that it transports you to a “supernatural” place rather than changing your relationship to the current location. DMT is a crystalline powder extracted from some plants found in Mexico, South America and Asia. These plants include Phalaris, Delosperma, Acacia, Desmodium, Mimosa, Virola and Psychotria. The chemical structure of DMT root binds seamlessly to the brain’s adrenal and serotonin receptors, particularly the serotonin 5-ht2a receptor. This receptor interacts directly with the visual cortex and is the main target of most hallucinogenic drugs.

Effects of DMT?

When ingested, typically through smoking or vaporization, DMT can induce profound alterations in consciousness, including vivid visual and auditory hallucinations, alterations in perception of time and space, and a sense of ego dissolution or unity with the universe. Users often report encountering complex geometric patterns, otherworldly entities, and profound spiritual insights during DMT experiences. The effects of DMT typically peak within minutes and gradually subside over the course of 15 to 30 minutes, although the overall duration can vary based on dosage and individual metabolism. DMT is commonly associated with intense and immersive psychedelic experiences, leading many users to describe it as one of the most powerful hallucinogens known to mankind.

Tips For Using The Cartridge

• Store your cartridge in a cool and dark place. Preferably in a small airtight container, to avoid crystallization/oxidation.
• Set the voltage of your 510 threaded battery to around 2.7v and absolutely not above 3v. Otherwise, you will burn the DMT and produce harsh vapour.
• Prior to taking the first hit, you can warm the cartridge using your body heat (clasping it in your hands for a few minutes).
• When taking your hit: take a long and smooth hit, hold it in your lungs for 10 seconds, and exhale slowly. Do NOT burn your cartridge by overheating the coils.
